Smitha Pulapalli is a Cardiology Specialty doctor with a special interest in Cardiac Imaging.

Smitha trained in medicine in the Ukraine and came to the UK in 2004. She has worked in the Cardiology Department at Tunbridge Wells Hospital since 2013. She is accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography. She also performs complex echocardiography studies (valve studies, bubble studies, contrast studies and stress echocardiography). She is also accredited in cardiac CT and cardiac MRI scanning which she undertakes locally and at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London.

In her spare time, Smitha enjoys Bollywood dancing and spending time with her family.
